How to request deletion
To request deletion of your ReportData AI account and associated personal data, email support@reportdata.ai from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” so our team can route the request promptly.
If you cannot access the email associated with your account, contact support@reportdata.ai and explain the issue. We may ask for additional information before acting on the request.
Information to include
Please include your full name, the email address associated with the account, your preferred contact method, and a clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your ReportData AI account and personal data. If you have more than one account or use Investor Intelligence, include any other email addresses used with ReportData AI.
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before processing a request. This protects users against unauthorized deletion requests.
What deletion means
After a verified request is processed, we will delete or de-identify account information and personal data that we are not required or permitted to retain. This may include account profile information and data associated with the active account, subject to the limitations below.
Deletion may make saved reports, saved deals, preferences, and access history unavailable. It may not be possible to restore deleted account data.
Records we may retain
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, payment processing, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, auditing, tax or accounting records, or other compliance purposes. Retained information will be limited to the purpose for which it must be kept and handled according to applicable requirements.
Payment-card data is handled by our payment processor. ReportData AI does not store full payment-card numbers or CVV. Payment and subscription references may be retained where necessary for billing, accounting, security, dispute, or compliance purposes.
Timing and confirmation
We aim to acknowledge a deletion request within 10 business days after receiving it. Processing time depends on identity verification, the scope of the request, and any lawful retention requirements. We will provide an update after the request has been reviewed and, where applicable, completed.
