Plans and checkout
Plan features, price, billing frequency, and any trial terms are shown before you approve checkout. A free trial does not require a card unless the checkout flow expressly states otherwise. One-time report purchases are separate from recurring subscriptions.
Recurring subscriptions
If you start a recurring plan, you authorize the processor to charge the disclosed amount at the disclosed interval until you cancel. You can request cancellation from your account when that control is available, or contact support@reportdata.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law state otherwise.
Payment problems and refunds
If a payment cannot be completed, access may be limited until the billing issue is resolved. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, whether digital access or report value has been consumed, the checkout terms, and applicable law. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Review required
Recurring-billing disclosures, cancellation timing, renewal notices, and refund language must be reviewed against the live checkout flow, processor configuration, and applicable consumer-protection requirements before final publication.
